Empowering Youth. Building Opportunities. Strengthening Communities.
Pamoja Do Good is a Swedish non-profit, non-religious, and non-governmental organization working across Uganda and East Africa. We focus on creating real opportunities for young people and local communities by improving access to education, skills, and employment.
We believe change happens when people are given practical tools and support. That’s why we don’t just teach, we build pathways. From job planning and skills training to entrepreneurship and inclusive support, we work side by side with communities to create solutions that last.
About Us
Pamoja Do Good (Organization Number: 802505-6287) is a Swedish-based non-profit organization founded by Kasim Badar Saad. Our work is rooted in East Africa, especially Uganda, where we collaborate closely with local communities, youth, and partners.
The name “Pamoja” means “together,” and that reflects how we operate. We believe that lasting change comes from working together, not imposing solutions. Every program we run is shaped by the real needs and ideas of the people we serve.
Our approach is practical and community-driven. We focus on building systems that help individuals grow, whether that means gaining skills, finding employment, starting a business, or accessing tools they otherwise wouldn’t have.
We also prioritize inclusion. Many of the people we work with face barriers such as lack of education, unemployment, or physical disabilities. Our role is to reduce those barriers and create equal opportunities for everyone.
We collaborate with both local and international partners to expand our reach and strengthen our impact. By combining local knowledge with global support, we create solutions that are both relevant and sustainable.

Job Planning and Youth Support
We guide young people in identifying career paths and building plans to reach their goals. This includes mentorship, practical advice, and connecting them to opportunities.
Education and Skills Training
We provide hands-on learning in areas that improve employability. This includes basic education, vocational skills, and training that matches local job markets.
Working Spaces and Entrepreneurship Support
We create and manage spaces where young people can learn, collaborate, and start projects. These spaces encourage innovation and help turn ideas into real businesses.
Disability Inclusion and Support
We work to ensure people with disabilities are not left behind. We provide wheelchairs and therapy equipment to both children and adults with mobility impairments, helping them live more independent lives.
Computer Learning for Young People
We introduce children and youth to basic computer skills. This early exposure helps them build confidence and prepares them for a digital future.
Climate-Smart Agriculture
We train youth and local farmers in sustainable farming practices. These methods improve productivity while protecting the environment, creating long-term benefits for communities.

Impact
Our impact is measured in the lives we help improve and the opportunities we create.
Across Uganda and East Africa, we have supported young people in gaining skills, planning careers, and starting their own paths toward employment. Many of the youth we work with come from backgrounds where access to education or job opportunities is limited. Through our programs, they gain confidence, direction, and practical tools.
We have also helped establish working spaces that serve as hubs for learning and collaboration. These spaces give young people a place to grow ideas, connect with others, and access resources they otherwise wouldn’t have.
In disability support, we have provided essential equipment such as wheelchairs and therapy tools. This has improved mobility and quality of life for both children and adults, allowing them to participate more fully in their communities.
Our computer training programs introduce digital skills at an early age, helping bridge the technology gap and preparing young people for future opportunities. In agriculture, our climate-smart training helps farmers and youth increase productivity while protecting natural resources. This creates more stable incomes and supports long-term food security. Most importantly, our work creates a ripple effect. When one person gains skills or starts a business, it often benefits their family and the wider community.
