About the Pamoja do good
The Pamoja Do Good is a passionate changemaker dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development, youth engagement, and social impact initiatives.
Pamoja Do Good (Organization Number: 802505-6287) is a Swedish-based non-profit organization founded by Kasim Badar Saad. Our work is rooted in East Africa, especially Uganda, where we collaborate closely with local communities, youth, and partners.
The name “Pamoja” means “together,” and that reflects how we operate. We believe that lasting change comes from working together, not imposing solutions. Every program we run is shaped by the real needs and ideas of the people we serve.
Our approach is practical and community-driven. We focus on building systems that help individuals grow, whether that means gaining skills, finding employment, starting a business, or accessing tools they otherwise wouldn’t have.
We also prioritize inclusion. Many of the people we work with face barriers such as lack of education, unemployment, or physical disabilities. Our role is to reduce those barriers and create equal opportunities for everyone. We collaborate with both local and international partners to expand our reach and strengthen our impact. By combining local knowledge with global support, we create solutions that are both relevant and sustainable.
